RSS Feeds are the way to go. Here is one of the best explanations of RSS

My note to you is short this time because I
am busy helping Beth get the word out about
my favorite guide dog Banner. He even has his
own blog!
You will notice that I wrote a love letter to
him, even though he is prob'ly eleventy times
heavier than me. I think his head weighs more
than I do. But what I loved about the Banner
story is that he was hurt and he still kept
walking with his blind human to get him to
the plane. That is way more brave than me. So
he is my new hero. Go read the story. It is
very cool! And cool is a good thing on a hot
summer
day!
